The Universal Soldiers are back in Universal Soldier: Day of Reckoning , the sequel to 2009's Universal Soldier: Regeneration with Jean-Claude Van Damme, Dolph Lundgren and Andrei "The Pit Bull" Arlovski all reprising their characters. Once again directed by John Hyams, this one stars Scott Adkins (last seen in The Expendables 2 ) as a man named John, who wakes up from a coma after a home invasion that kills his wife and daughter, vowing to kill the man responsible, which just so happens to be Van Damme's Luc Deveraux who has a number of his enhanced universal soldiers to keep John away from him.
