Saoirse Ronan has taken the female lead in Wes Anderson's next, The Grand Budapest Hotel , Variety reports. She joins a cast that currently includes Ralph Fiennes, Jude Law, Bill Murray and Jason Schwartzman. Details of the plot are currently few, but the film is believed to be an Ernst Lubitsch-inspired comedy set in a Hungarian hotel in the late 1920's. Ronan, best known for her Academy Award nominated role in Joe Wright's Atonement , later reteamed with Wright for Hanna . She's set to soon appear in Neil Jordan's vampire thriller Byzantium as well as in Andrew Niccol's feature adaptation of the Stephenie Meyer horror/sci-fi tale The Host .
