A Good Day to Die Hard to be Rated R Jan 11th 2013, 00:00 In a move that should please die hard Die Hard franchise fans, Twentieth Century Fox has announced that the next adventure of Bruce Willis' John McClane, A Good Day to Die Hard will be released with a R rating. The first three entries in the franchise were all given the same rating but the most recent sequel, Live Free or Die Hard , was released in theaters with an edited PG-13 cut (the R cut was later released on home video). Opening in conventional theaters and IMAX on February 14, the John Moore-directed action film stars Bruce Willis, Jai Courtney, Sebastian Koch, Yulia Snigir, Cole Hauser, Amaury Nolasco, Megalyn Echikunwoke and Anne Vyalitsyna.
