Peter Dinklage to Play the Villain in X-Men: Days of Future Past ? Feb 14th 2013, 00:00 As we reported yesterday, "Game of Thrones" actor Peter Dinklage has been added to the cast of X-Men: Days of Future Past . The initial announcement by director Brian Singer gave us no details about which character he would be playing in the film. Many speculated that he would play the dwarf member Alpha Flight, Puck, but Variety  is now reporting that the role Dinklage has landed is the film's main antagonist, which leaves the 'Puck' theories out in the cold. X-Men: Days of Future Past features a script by Simon Kinberg and is said to be inspired Chris Claremont and John Byrne's comic book storyline that ran in "Uncanny X-Men" #141 and 142 back in 1981.
